When must I renew my membership?

Your membership lasts for one (1) year and is renewable annually.  Our system will send you an automatic reminder some time in advance, with instructions on how to go about renewing your membership.  If you fail to renew by the renewal date, you will be listed as inactive in our system and you will no longer be eligible for the various member benefits from the Institute.  We hope you will consider remaining a member and supporting the Institute!

Can I cancel my membership?

If for some reason you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us and let us know.  We will determine if you are eligible for a refund and will work to make things right.

I see a charge on my credit card statement from Google.  Why?

The Institute uses the popular Google Checkout service to process credit card payments online.  Charges should appear on your statement as Google*IJII (IJII is for Institute for Jewish Ideas and Ideals).

My question is not answered here.  What do I do?
